Dean, YOU ARE AWESOME! Two years ago my wife and I experienced our own foreclosure nightmare, selling our house to an investor the night before the auction.
Fast forward to today.
My wife ordered your book and I ripped through the pages. I am not a reader, but I finished your book. Halfway through your book, we purchased our first property!!!! We found an investor and has held our hand as we finish the deal.
Dean, you have changed our lives. We have filed papers to form an LLC and have hit the real estate market full force.
Using your teleconference, we have people calling us now! We are new, and our fear is still present, but we are learning to manage the risk and respect the fear as we further pursue our wealth in real estate!!!

Hello Dean, Thank you so much for writing you book on “Be A Real Estate Millionaire”. Approx. 11 yrs. ago, my mother was dying of cancer. She owned her home out in Calif. free and clear. She wanted me to have the house but I told her I really could’nt move from Vermont or manage it from there. We left it to my middle irresponsible brother. My youngest brother was shot and killed a few yrs. earlier. To make a long story short, the house was beautiful and is now destroyed and on the market as a “Serious Fixed”. I saw it on the web. My heart is just sickened that I did’nt know the stradegy I needed to save it. Maybe someday I’ll own that house again.

Hello Dean, I can tell you all of my life wows and I have a few woppers. I just got your book and I am determined to change my life doing what you have outlined in the book. My Huband is affaid I am getting myself into trouble. I am going to prove him wrong. My mentor Cliff is helping me and I swear to make him proud. If this happens to me as others have said, I will be like the ones on the dvd and praise you and my mentor for fixing my life. I have never been so fired up about doing something like this. Like you say in the book get over the fear and the rest will follow. Wish me luck!
