Hello. I’ve seen you on tv. It sounds like a great system. But I was wondering. Will this system work in Canada.

This system will work anywhere. There are strategies that will work for any real estate market in the world. There are a few that would be specific to the US but 99% of the information contained in my programs can be used in any real estate market anywhere in the world.

Hello mr. Dean I’m planning in buying your program and your book because I really want to make something good with my life, so far I have nothing but worries, but I have the filling that I’m still in this world for some reason HELP MY FAMILY AND KEEP US TOGETER. What hold me back is that I dont have good credit at all, but I have the desire for sucsess, can I still enter the REALSTATE BUSINESS?

Hello Dean,
I just finished reading your book and I’m very interested in starting my real estate investment journey. In fact I’ve been looking for houses for quite a while now and believe I found the house for me. The only problem is it’s abandoned. I did some research and found the owner of the home. I have called several times, however its only an answering machine and it will not let me leave messages. What else can I do in order to get this house? Who can I talk to about purchasing this diamond in the rough?

I purchased the Be a Real Estate Millionaire, Think a Little Different and Totally Fulfilled programs. I also became a member qualified to receive help from your mentors and interactive training programs.
I must say this has been well worth the money I’ve paid. Because of this program I’ve been in touch with people from The Tax Club that have been a tremendous help in structuring my business organization and are supporting me with bookkeeping services.
I have found in the past, my failures were due to the lack of qualified support. I spoke with CPAs and could never find the one that understood how to make a real estate business a successful business.
I the market I’m currently in, I am working on foreclosures and short sells. I’ve made several offers and working towards getting 3 of these accepted and finalized soon.
It’s not an easy 1, 2, but I have received the type of information and the support I needed in past attempts.
I am now working on getting my website set up through the company you recommended,USA Property Network. These are the only people I’m having problems with. I’m hoping to get this resolved soon.
