A few months back, I came up with an idea to reward some of my top students, while at the same time, inspiring new students to take action. I wanted to get real social proof (Testimonials) from my students who got involved in our advanced training programs and used what we taught them to start making money. We picked 30 people that were action takers, who did at least five deals, and made stuff happen. And here is what we did. We sent them a video camera and asked them to film their success, their homes, their lives and what changed because of taking action with our programs and teachings. No scripts, no directors - all real life. And to make it exciting for them to do this we turned it in to a killer competition with great prizes you will see below. Once the videos were filmed, they were to send them back to be reviewed.Each video was judged by:

~ How compelling their story is

~ Sincerity and authenticity

~Uniqueness and creativity in explaining the story and success

~ Clarity and steadiness of the video

~ How much fun they had doing it

The winner of this competition gets:

~ Limousine pick up from the doorstep of his/her home to their closest airport.

~ Round trip FIRST CLASS plane ticket for up to four people

~ Limousine ride to and from airport to ski lodge

~ 5 days and 4 nights at Solitude Mountain Ski Resort in Solitude, UT

~ Meal allowance each day

~ Personal visit with me in Solitude or Park City, Utah for lunch or dinner. Allowing one on one time to learn my latest techniques for profiting in today’s market.

The response to this contest was amazing. The videos were great and it was hard to choose who the winner was. I’m glad it was done by a committee and not something I had to choose because to me, all of them were amazing.

Dean,
I got your email about the contest. I really appreciate you picking me as the winner. I had a ton of fun filming it. I can’t thank you enough for allowing other people access to your real estate information. Most people try to keep good information a secret. I have always been willing to out work anyone and everyone but I just didn’t know how to apply that kind of determination to a way of making money. I think when I initially saw you on T.V. my thought was you were accomplishing so much at a young age and I related myself to you. Somewhere along the line I thought it would really be possible. The weirdest thing about it now that I stop and think about it is– I did 18 deals in less than two years (all of which required rehab), drove 900 miles per weekend, lived on next to no sleep at times, and never stopped and thought “wow this is really hard I should be satisfied with being average”. I was having too much fun running for my dreams! I would like to add that on Monday November 5th I close on number 19 which is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house on a big lot with a 2 car garage in East Moline, Illinois . I paid $43,000 for it and it appraises for $77,000 as is. Once I put about $7K into it, it will be worth close to $100K.
