I’ll Be Home for Christmas…FREE
Wow. I’ve been running like crazy since my last post. I spent the weekend at a buddy’s seminar here in town, and then today I was on a local news station to launch a program here in
For one full year this family will be given a house to live in rent-free and most of their expenses will be paid by local businesses or other contributors. It works like a contest. To enter, a person must be 18 years old or older and a resident of
We came up with the idea because of the housing slump that’s happening not only in
Operation Free Home could be used anywhere in the country and will help people on both ends. It provides a valuable chance for a family who has undergone some type of hardship a chance to get back on their feet, and helps a homeowner or investor in covering the costs of maintaining a home that would otherwise sit unused and wasted.
Our contest is running from now until Dec 18th and we intend to place the family in the home just in time for the holidays. I think it’ll be a nice present for someone and I’m really excited to see how it all turns out. The only downside for me is I wish I could place more than one family, but I hope it’ll catch on and other owners with vacant homes will want to join in what I’m doing. I’ll be offering the plan on how to do this to anyone in any state who wishes to copy the program. I’ll be back on TV every week to give updates and talk more about the contest, but if you want to get involved as a sponsor or if you know someone in Phoenix that would be an ideal person to enter, please go to www.operationfreehome.org and find out more.

Good Morning Dean!
I think what you are doing to help others is very important (great Idea). In helping the family selected it would be nice during the one year duration to offer an incentive (Your Program)if they are willing, then they’ll be able to get back on their feet for the rest of their lives after the one year is up!
I can’t wait to start your program with a mentor next month. I am driven by my own hardship, but I see my way out and my future looks mighty good!!!!! I can’t wait to meet you someday (2008)
Have a blessed Holiday

Melody-
I couldn’t agree with you more. We are now starting a replicable program that will help people in need with Operation Free Home but then provide them with the proper support and coaching through that year so that they will land on their feet. It is something that I want them to then pay forward to society. Thanks for the post. Have a great 2008! Best Wishes, Dean Graziosi

Hi Dean,
I think this contest is GREAT! However, although I did enter it, we have a special need which is wheelchair accessible. We also do own a house but are behind on payments, one month. If you can consider this type of request, that would be so awesome. I wondered how this works if a person already owns their home, etc. Whatever the outcome, I think this is a wonderful idea. Bless you for your generosity. Rita
Rita,
Thanks for the post. If you look at www.operationfreehome.org you will see now that this is a system that someone who owns a home and is late can use. Click on the “Replicate OFH” section of the site and this will guide you step by step on how you can recreate this system with your own home. It details how to find sponsors, find contestants and how to smoothly go through the entire process. I hope this helps . Have a great New Year. Best Wishes, Dean Graziosi

Seasons Greetings to All,
I’ll keep this short. I have just received my copy of Be A Real Estate Millionaire, including Dean’s List. Although, I have lost my job due to an injury and have been considered permanently disabled. I am going back to college to get my degree in Applied Business and Information Technology.
That said, count me in on this project. There are a lot of businesses here that should give back to this State, Hawaii, and many families in need. I’ll be posting The UTube on my blog at myspace. http://myspace.com/islandaffiliates.
Great Job Dean and God Bless you and yours.
To your success,
Daryl Mau
