The Time of Year to Give

The Last 37 Days…

Please pardon my delay in posting. I just haven’t been able to do it as often as I should - but it’s not because I’m being neglectful. It’s quite the opposite in fact. More on that in a moment, but first and foremost, from our family to yours, I want to wish everyone a Healthy, Happy and Prosperous Holiday Season..

The holidays are tremendously happy for many, but I also know they can magnify pain in so many others. From the bottom of my heart I hope that this year, no matter where you are emotionally or financially - can be the launching pad of great things for you. Real Estate can be a foundational tool for long term financial independence but I realize it’s not the cure-all for everything. But just the fact that you took action shows you are ready for change…and believe me that is the most important first step.

Speaking of first steps, I try to always remember where I came from and what it felt like to be broke or depressed, and I do my absolute best to offer tools that can give you capabilities that can help you go from where you are to where you want to be.

As I look back, I think this Christmas I am more grateful for my life, for all of you, and for my family than ever before. I have a wonderful one-year old daughter who is the light of my life. I never knew being a parent could be so amazing. I am grateful for all I have what I’ve been blessed to achieve. (I think gratitude is something we all tend to “forget to remember” sometimes).

Okay. Now that I’ve said all that…I’ll explain why there was such a delay in my posting something new here.

I have been super busy working on Operation Free Home, which oddly enough I started the last time I posted (37 days ago to be exact)…and finished today…hmmm.

In case you hadn’t heard, I started “Operation Free Home” to help the countless people across America who have a home they can’t afford, rent or sell, to be able to cover their mortgage for a year while at the same time allowing someone in need to live in that house for free. It is truly a win-win program for all. My hope is to have this spread all over the country and maybe the world. And from the looks of it, it has already started.

Yesterday I was on the NBC affiliate here in Phoenix on the “Mid-Day Arizona” show to announce the winner of the home. This is a beautiful story that’ll move you. You have got to go right now and watch this story. I think it will affect you as it did me. Please watch this right now:

Then as soon as you are done watching, do me a favor and go to www.operationfreehome.com and check out some of the stories of the people who entered but were not chosen.

This was extremely hard. I wish I had 50 houses to give away. But this was the start. I am confident that reading those stories will do for you what they did for me. They touched me and made me appreciate everything I have so much more.

Will you take a few minutes to explore the site, and see how the program works? I want you to see this because I need your help to spread the word about operation free home.

I have modified the site to give all the instructions on how anyone could do this too. Just imagine the impact we could have collectively if just 1 person in every town did this. We could REALLY change lives.

If enough people begin duplicating Operation Free Home, needy family’s can have a place that otherwise would remain vacant or unsold because of market conditions, and get a chance to get back on their feet.

I believe this serves a great purpose to not only the recipient family and the home owner, but to the economy as well. It is a positive way to provide help that prevents the home from being added to the enormous list of ongoing foreclosures in our nation. It also allows sponsors, by making a modest and even tax deductible charitable contributions, to receive valuable positive publicity and recognition for their involvement.

I want this process to help out as many people as possible and with your help we can kick off a nationwide movement.

So that is my Holiday request from you. Help me to help spread the word. Tell others about this. It’s exciting! Perhaps you or someone you know could benefit from the Operation Free Home concept right now!

Okay, I’m going on and on, so I’ll stop for now. It’s been good catching up with you and I want you to know I have some REALLY exciting things in the works for 2008 - so in case I don’t get another post up until next year, (grin). I wish you and your family a healthy, safe and prosperous Holiday Season.

Sincerely,

Dean Graziosi

PS I’d like to read your comments on this too so please post away…and I’d really appreciate your helping me spread the word about operation free home by e-mailing the link to anyone you can – without spamming of course.

Dean, Merry Christmas! My wife and I extremely excited to start a new year. I have never had this much excitement about a new year starting!

We just got back from our cruise to the Bahamas. The deal is this. We cruise in late 2007 so we can cruise all the way through 08 in real estate!

All our ducks are in a row and the automated foreclosure finder is AWESOME! It is the information needed to get over the hump and find success!

Look for us around…we are beginning to make waves!

    Brent and Kathy-
Thanks so much for the post. It is so good to hear that you like the Automated Foreclosure Finder program. It is an incredible program and you guys are going to ROCK with it in 2008. Have a great year! Best Wishes, Dean Graziosi

    Hi, Dean

Happy new year. I want to thank you for being my teacher.
I love reading your books, especially “Totally Fullfilled.” I have also hear about your motor millions program, and I am going to purchase that program. Guess, what. I am actually trying to get my car dealer license right now, and I am trying to buy and sell cars for a living.

I have also been reading your Real Estate Millionaire book, and I have to say, its an awesome book. I am going to start buying tax sales properties and distressed properties.

You tell us to not be satisfied with the ordinary. Well, I want to meet you to thank you in person. I know that you mentor, the select few, and I like for you to be my mentor. I wanted to know if you have any live seminars which I can attend.

    Hello Dean

I saw you on an tv this morning. I am hesitant to buy your book only because I live in the Caribbean and am not an American citizen nor resident, although i went to college there and a social security. Please tell me if this book has instructions for those persons who live outside of America and want to get into property investment in their own country or even better property invest in the U.S.

    Thanks in advance

    Tami-
This book would be a great tool for you to get started in real estate. In it you will find strategies that can be used anywhere in the world. The only thing you would want to do is just check with a real estate professional in your area that everything is legal and you are doing transactions the correct way for your countries laws. Thank you for your question. Hope this helps. Best Wishes. Dean Graziosi

Hi Dean. I have been slow in moving in keeping up and staying in contact. Thanks to you and all who work so hard to share your knowledge with us. Especially “Operation Free House” . This is what life is truly about. This is our goal in life. To make more than enough to help so many others who need help. In so many ways. Especially the love that drives us to want to help.Myron has just had surgery on his eyes and praise God he is seeing better than he ever has. It is beautiful. It is God. When he is through his healing stage , I am suppose to have knee surgery. But despite it all we are going foreward with your training coarse. It is just too good and promising to lay down and leave it. There is so much we have learned and much more we are excited about learning. As I said things are off to a slow start and by starting at Christmas that slowed things down. We are expecting alot to come of this huge decission we have made and you and your staff have been great . We will be calling with some questions soon and we are going back redoing some of the class , homework and reading our books. Thanks again and may God bless you and your family all of 2008. Linda/Myron
