There is no question about it there are lots of internet scams, and lots of people promising to give you that “golden information” for a price, and that price is well worth it, because it will make you a millionaire. The thing of it is, if you pay attention to all these millionaire ads you will either be a millionaire in a very short period, or you will be totally broke from paying all these fees to scam companies. So, how do you distinguish the legitimate courses from the scams, because there are definitely legitimate courses out there. I mean I have found some great programs that have helped me immensely in my real estate investing career, like that of the Dean Graziosi program, but then, I also know there are also many frauds out there.
Unfortunately most people can either find good programs that work by the “luck of the draw”, or by recommendations. Personally, I chose the recommendations route. Well, I guess I sort of lucked into Dean Graziosi too, because I really wasn’t looking all out for Dean Graziosi reviews. One day I was just doing my usual chat on twitter stuff, and noticed a comment on the Dean Graziosi method from another fellow twitter friend. His comment drew my attention because I knew this person had no lucrative reason for recommending Dean Graziosi. But he was working the real estate investing system and it was working for him. He was just happy and wanted to share his good news. This really made me stop and think! I thought this might be one of those “real” programs that worked. So, I started looking for reviews, and opinions from others on this Dean guy.
The more I investigated Dean Graziosi, the more legitimate positive opinions I came across. I started to twitter and ask for information about this real estate investing course and I received a lot of positive responses from fellow twitter friends.
That is when I decided to join the Dean Graziosi team. Today I can personally say that this is a program that works. I have profitably invested in real estate using the methods that Dean Graziosi has set forth, and when I have been in doubt there is always someone around that can answer my doubts. This is one “real” course, one that brings you viable information that can be used. Dean Graziosi is definitely not a scam, at least not in my book.

Dean,
Thank you for writing on this subject. I have been really down lately but with your words it always puts a spark back in my life and back into you program. I still can not afford to join your success academy but soon I will, I have to make a deal prior to get involved with you academy.
I am going to start talking to rental prospect to try to lease to own maybe 2 or 3 properties. I have several buyers interested in doing this I also have a couple just starting out and is looking for a move in ready home, it is listed at 299,000.00 I want to lock it up on contract and I buy it for 232,00.00 and sell it for 252,000.00, giving me more than enough to start the academy.
I also want to purchase more of your very informative information to give me more incentive and resouces.
This is the Best program I have got involved with, thank You so much Dean. Maybe one of your assistants will read this but I hope you get to read it yourself. Any advice on what I am doing will be greatly appreaciated. Please right back.

I AM THANKFUL TO DEAN AND HIS STAFF. MANY AMERTCANS ARE TRYING SO HARD TO MAKE A LIVING AND TO KNOW THEY ARE PEOPLE WHO PREY ON THEM WITH ALL KINDS OF SCAMS IT MAKES ME SICK! Hi Dean. It’s been about three weeks since we started your mentoring program. I’ve never seen such excellent follow up with any program as I have your team. I’ve gone from knowing zero about property investments to getting together my buyers list. It’s hard to believe how much I’ve learned in such a short amount of time.

Yeah I’ve notice the Scam Blogs & Forum’s of Dean graziosi & One thing I notice alot of times is The people who are complaining that Dean’s Program & Booklets
are Nothing but Scams are people who think these types of programs are going to make them money or A Millionare over night they are aspecting a Magic stick of Over night Millions & when they find out theres more work to be done & their to lazy to do it , then they want to haller its A scam because they thought it was a easy pot of gold ……..lol
I have came to realise you do have to be realistic about things , & I’ve bought Deans Books & I’m going to read them & try to use them to build my financial wealth , I however is not aspecting A Magic stick to Appear & Give me A House & Money ………lol
People need to think not everything is Free & not everything is going to be A Over night Success it takes time .
