In case you missed it, my team announced a new student “pay it forward” scholarship on Friday.

A fund that will help pay the tuition for deserving people to go through my Real Estate Success Academy.

This was a surprise put together as a present for my birthday, and what a surprise it was!

A present for me, that helps other hopeful investors.

Wow.

But it didn’t stop there.

I was honored, by all of you who took the time to wish me well.

Thanks to each and every one who sent in such awesome videos with birthday wishes. And for those of you who helped create that mammoth stack of birthday cards I found on my desk, and for all the heartfelt posts on DG.com.

I was deeply touched.

So I decided to do something to make it an even better program.

And, since hundreds of you have submitted your applications for the scholarship already, it is important that you hear the news.

And it comes at a pretty great time, because this just happens to be blog #52 - and that means it is the one year anniversary of my having started doing these weekly blogs.

I just think that’s pretty cool!

For my birthday, and our blog anniversary the best gift I could think of is a way to help more of you!
