Wish I had nothing else to do but take my Academy courses and learn everything, so I can GET STARTED! (Patience is not my strong suit, and I know it's something I need to work on, since it's one of the necessary qualities for a real estate investor. I can be patient, waiting on an offer response, things like that, but I'm impatient to get up and running with this business. Thanks, Dean, for this sad info for those who can't keep their homes, but the good news for investors. As you say, we aren't the ones who caused folks to lose their homes. I know it will take hard work, but hard work is better than no work, and no work is not an option for me anymore.
