I've been interested in Real Estate since the early 80's. And one thing after another have prevented me from going forward. If you pick me for the contest, nothing, nothing will stop me from achieving my dreams. My wife is an agent and we share stories of people we come in contact with who have tried to sell their homes with out a realtor. The statistics back up using an realtor. Most people sell their home for more using a realtor. The service they perform far outwieghs the perceived value.
